Serious off piste skiers know that the Dolomites boast some of the most challenging, exhilarating and best off piste skiing in the world. When we say best, we mean off piste that isn’t just a quick dash off the side of the groomers, we mean descents that will test your strength, skills and stamina, descents through canyons, glaciers and couloirs, proper trips out through the massive rose coloured stalagmite rock formations of the Mighty Dolomites.

WoW Ski Tours is therefore proud to present our Intermediate / Advanced Off Piste / Backcountry Mixed Skiing Holiday for single skiers and solo travellers. This tour was created to cater for more experienced off piste skiers who are able to handle varying terrains and more challenging technical descents; trees, couloirs, powder snow and potential ski touring. Led by one of our English speaking IFMGA qualified mountain guides, whose playground from childhood has been the snowfields of these spectacular mountains, groups are a maximum of 6 participants.

The choice of ski terrain is arguably more expansive than anywhere else on the planet, from hidden couloirs, expansive snow fields to tree lined valleys. Check out the classics of Cortina, the snowfields of the Marmolada Glacier, the majestic Sella Massif, whose off piste itineraries include the Val Mezdi, the Val Lasties and the Forcella Pordoi. Take your pick.

Having evaluated the group level, your guide will assess the prevailing weather and conditions in order to choose the best powder spots for your WoW off piste skiing experience.
